MFG has extensive experience in the management and delivery of Property Maintenance Service Contracts to respond to a wide variety and range of reactive maintenance faults.
The company has dedicated and highly skilled Reactive Response Teams who are fully equipped to undertake multi-disciplined fault repairs within a 2 hour, 24hour and 7 day response category.
With two operational depots sited across the region and the company’s main depot located in Widnes, we are able to efficiently cover all regions in the North West of England extending from Crewe to Carlisle, including Merseyside, Cheshire, Great Manchester, Lancashire and Cumbria and the Scottish borders.
The actual geographical locations of the various response teams will vary on both a daily and weekly basis due to the changing nature of the faults and the locality of the customer’s site. The best geographically placed team will be assigned to the call out to ensure the response time stated is met.
A MFG Call Manager has full accountability for the completion of all the maintenance activities by the response teams in an efficient and safe way, which includes:
- The initial receipt and recording of the fault notice from the customer
- Planning and allocation of appropriate resources to attend call-out
- Briefing of the appointed reactive supervisor and agree appropriate actions
- Completion of the fault/repairs
- Full report back to the customer
